江苏紫荆花纺织科技股份有限公司（以下简称紫荆花）成立于1987年，位于长三角发达地区的常熟市，产品覆盖棉、麻原料、纤维、纱线、面料、服装、家纺、麻纤维复合材料等多个领域，年产值超6亿元，是一家集科研、种植、生产、终端产品销售与贸易为一体的科技型公司。
Jiangsu Redbud Textile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Redbud), incorporated in 1987 and based in Changshu City, Yangtze River Delta Area, is an established technology-based textile enterprise integrating scientific research, cultivation, production and sales & trade of terminal products, covering sectors such as cotton & jute raw materials, fibers, yarns, shell fabrics, costumes, home textiles and hemp fiber composite materials, etc. with the annual output value over 600 million RMB Yuan.
紫荆花定位于绿色新材料企业，大力研发环境友好型纺织材料，2006年成立了中国第一家省级黄麻纤维材料工程技术研究中心，为黄麻产业提供技术支持。目前，已累计申请（授权）专利500余项，包括6项国际PCT申请。
Redbud is oriented to be a green enterprise and has pooled noticeable resources for the development of new environmentally friendly textile materials. It set up the first domestic provincial-level engineering & technological research center of jute fiber materials in 2006 to provide the jute industry with sound technical supports. So far, over 500 patent applications have been filed (authorized), including 6 PCT patent applications.
紫荆花获得国务院颁发的国家技术发明二等奖、江苏省科学技术二等奖等多项奖励；获得“国家级高新技术企业”、“江苏省农业产业化优秀龙头企业”、“江苏省星火龙头企业”等资质；“紫荆花”商标还被评为“江苏省著名商标”。
Redbud has been granted the Second Prize of National Award for Technological Invention by the State Council of PRC, the Second Prize of Science & Technology of Jiangsu and many others honors; it has been certified as the National High & New Tech Enterprise, Leading Enterprise of Agriculture Sector of Jiangsu and Jiangsu Spark Leading Enterprise. Meanwhile, Redbud is nominated as the Jiangsu Famous Trademark.
紫荆花先后通过了ISO9001质量管理体系的升级认证，欧洲绿色环保产品OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100认证，ISO14001 环境管理体系认证，以及OHSA18000 职业健康安全体系认证，成为行业内首批多证合一的企业之一。
Redbud has passed the upgrade certification for ISO9001 Quality Management System, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 for European Green Environmental Products, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification and OHSA18000 Occupational Health & Safety System Certification successively, being one of the first companies with multiple certifications within the industry.
苏州摩维天然纤维材料有限公司（以下简称摩维公司），是紫荆花控股的子公司。摩维公司秉持健康环保、共享价值的理念，构筑普惠商业模式，持续开发多功能黄麻纤维环保产品。摩维公司荣获联合国开发计划署授予的绿色扶贫杰出贡献奖，中国国家技术发明二等奖和科学技术进步一等奖等多项奖励。
Suzhou Jutech Natural Fiber Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Jutech) is a subsidiary held by Redbud. On the basis of healthy and environmental value sharing operation idea and in order to establish a business model in line with common interests, Jutech directs unswerving efforts to the development of green multi-functional jute fiber products. It is awarded the Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Green Poverty Alleviation by the United Nations Development Program, the Second Prize of National Award for Technological Invention and the First Prize of Scientific & Technological Progress.
经过摩维公司精细化专利技术处理后的黄麻纤维，其天然性能得到了充分的发挥，用其制成的床芯、床垫面料、毛巾等产品具有天然抗菌、抑螨、零甲醛、零VOCs等特点。真正做到天然环保，健康舒适。
The natural advantages of jute fiber are fully presented after being processed by the patented refining techniques of Jutech and the corresponding products, such as bed cores, mattresses and towels, feature natural antibiosis, mite suppression, zero formaldehyde & VOCs, etc, offering natural environmental and healthy comfortableness.
